2011 Rates

Regular Sites: $1690 - Use weekends and 2 week vacation $1805 - Use more but not full time
$1915 - Live in trailer full time during the season
Lake view sites: A To C, K, and 46, and 62
$1975 - Use weekends and 2 weeks vacation
$2090 - Use more but not full time
$2205 - Live in trailer full time during the season
Lake front sites: D To J
$2050 - Use weekends and 2 weeks vacation
$2170 - Use more not full time
$2280 - Live in trailer full time during the season
Premium lake front sites: L To Q, and 28
$2135 - Use weekends and 2 weeks vacation
$2255 - Use more but not full time
$2365 - Live in trailer full time during the season
All sites are metered for electric use, billed twice a season .
Guest Charges:
$2.00 - Day time hours, per person
$3.00 - Overnight stay, per person
$2.00 - Pool use per person per day
Boat slip $135.00 per season.
Deposits for 2011 will be $500.00
No site will be held without deposit, no refund of deposit.
